NASC members can obtain initial free legal advice from specialist construction solicitor, based in central London. Legal services provided included advice in key areas such as construction, project financing, property, employment, corporate and commercial law, insurance, commercial litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial services. The team is involved in both contentious and non-contentious construction work, advising all sectors of the construction and engineering industry and in particular specialist subcontractors. Many years' experience has enabled the team to develop a close understanding of the specialist sector of the construction industry.
